1. Cancellation Policy

We aim for flexibility, but please note that production and shipping processes begin quickly to get your doll to you efficiently.
Flexible Cancellation Windows
Within 4 hours of payment: You'll receive a full refund.
Within 8 hours of payment: A 95% refund will be issued.
Within 24 hours of payment: An 80% refund will be provided.
After 24 hours: Custom orders cannot be canceled as production will have already begun. For in-stock dolls, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is requested after shipment, any associated costs for shipping, labor, and packaging will be deducted from your refund.
Please double-check your order before submission. Once production starts or an in-stock doll ships, material allocation and costs are incurred, making cancellation no longer possible.

Your happiness with your new doll is essential. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
Upon Receiving Your Doll
If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your doll, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve issues promptly, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video. This, along with detailed photos or videos, can significantly assist our team. Please email us at support@loverisedoll.com with any concerns.
Resolving Common Issues
We're here to help with solutions for:
Incorrect Dolls: If you received the wrong doll, please provide an unboxing video showing the entire doll, its head, the shipping label, and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Damaged Dolls: Report any shipping damage to the carrier immediately and then contact us. Depending on the severity, we may offer repair kits, replacements, or refunds.
Lost Packages: File a claim with the shipping carrier and notify us. For secure delivery, most shipments require an adult signature.
Important Considerations for Returns
Hygiene and Safety: Due to the personal nature of our products, returns for adult dolls are generally not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. If a return is valid (e.g., due to our error), the doll must be unused and in brand-new condition with all original packaging.
Unauthorized Returns: Do not send a package back without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed for a refund.
Custom Products: Custom-made and personalized dolls are non-returnable.
User-Induced Damage: We cannot replace a doll if the damage is caused by improper use or handling. Adult dolls require proper care; they are not indestructible. Please refer to our Care Guide for tips on cleaning and maintenance.

Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved (due to order cancellation or an accepted return), the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Standard processing times are typically:
Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days
PayPal: 7 business days
Other Payment Methods: Please allow up to 7 business days
