How Our Money-Back Guarantee Works

Once your doll arrives, it's crucial to inspect it immediately, from head to toe. Do not use your doll before inspection. We recommend taking photos of the exterior of the box and of the doll as you unbox it.

If you discover any issues or damage with your doll, please report it to us right away using our Contact Form. When reporting an issue, please be as detailed as possible about the exact problem(s) and include any clear photos or videos.

What Isn't Covered by the Money-Back Guarantee?

While we stand by our products, certain minor cosmetic variations or issues caused by improper use are not covered:

  • Skin: Very minor skin imperfections or slight variations in the skin's surface, such as injection sites and subtle seam lines from the molds, are not considered defects. We see these as unique "birthmarks" that give your doll character.
  • Finger & Toe Nails: It's common for nails to occasionally become loose during transit. If this happens, simply re-apply them with nail glue as guided in our Care Guide.
  • Eyelashes: Eyelashes can also occasionally become loose. These are usually easy to reattach.
  • Makeup: Each doll is hand-finished, including the application of semi-permanent makeup. This means there will be minor discrepancies, making every doll slightly unique. We'll send you photos of your doll before it ships from the workshop. If the makeup is substantially different from your expectation, this can be rectified before shipment. We trust customers to point out any issues when viewing these pre-shipment photos.
  • Used Dolls: Dolls that have been used are not eligible for a return under the guarantee. However, we are always open to discussing issues and providing assistance where we can.
  • User Damage: Damage caused by mishandling or negligence by the customer is not covered. This includes hyperextension of limbs or tears resulting from improper use. We reserve the right to review the doll and evaluate the source of damage with all provided information. A final decision will be made at the discretion of LoveriseDoll.
  • Custom Dolls: If you've made specific requests or have custom requirements (e.g., changes to skin color, nipple size, or vaginal color), your doll is considered bespoke. While we are happy to discuss returns and refunds if you're not satisfied, we cannot guarantee automatic qualification for a full refund unless the doll is genuinely faulty or not as described/ordered. Each custom case will be considered individually.
